Prices are in United States dollars and can change before order confirmation. We work to present accurate descriptions, specifications and prices. If an error occurs, we may correct or cancel the affected order and will contact you before charging or shipping. Availability is subject to confirmation; placing an order does not guarantee immediate stock.

3. Orders and payment

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact and shipping information. Orders require successful payment processing before confirmation. Freight-sized equipment may also require confirmation of the receiving address, access and delivery details.

4. Shipping

The shipping policy forms part of these terms. It explains free USA shipping, the general 10–21-day heavy-equipment window after order placement, freight coordination and receiving responsibilities.

5. Returns and warranties

Our return and refund policy governs return authorization, cancellations, damage and refund review. Manufacturer coverage is described in our warranty policy. Both policies are incorporated into these terms.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation or security, submit false order details, or copy and republish protected catalog content without permission.

7. Intellectual property

Store content, including original text, design, imagery and logos, belongs to Florida Outdoor Equipment Inc or its licensors. Manufacturer names, marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Use requires the permission of the relevant rights holder.
