What equipment do you carry?

Is USA shipping free?

Yes. USA shipping is free. Heavy equipment shipping generally takes 10 to 21 days after order placement. Freight appointment and access requirements are explained in the shipping policy.

What does the freight carrier need?

A correct physical address, delivery contact, receiving hours and information about truck access, a loading dock or forklift, and any liftgate or other unloading needs.

How do I place an order?

Review the model and specifications, choose your quantity, add it to the cart and continue to checkout. Prices are in USD. Orders are subject to payment, availability and fulfillment review.

How do returns work?

Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery to request authorization for an eligible return. Used, installed, fueled, altered, special-order and other restricted goods may not be returnable. Read the full return policy before ordering.

What if delivery arrives damaged?

Note damage with the carrier where possible, photograph the shipment, retain the packaging and pallet, and contact us within 48 hours. Do not send equipment back without instructions.

Who provides the warranty?

The manufacturer provides the applicable product warranty. Coverage varies by model. We can help direct a claim through the appropriate process.
