Warranty policy

Manufacturer coverage

Product warranties are supplied by the manufacturer. Their duration, covered components and conditions differ by brand, model and configuration. The manufacturer’s documentation and written warranty for the purchased product determine coverage.

Florida Outdoor Equipment Inc does not extend or replace those terms. We help customers identify relevant documentation and route eligible claims to the manufacturer or its authorized service process.

What a warranty may cover

Where the applicable terms provide coverage, a warranty may address defects in materials or workmanship during its stated period. The manufacturer decides whether a claim qualifies and whether the appropriate remedy is repair, replacement parts, replacement equipment or another resolution.

Common exclusions

Depending on the product warranty, exclusions may include wear items, consumables, scheduled maintenance, misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized changes or repairs, accidents, unsuitable fuel or power, corrosion, neglect, and use outside the operating instructions. Consult the exact warranty rather than assuming every exclusion or benefit is the same across brands.

Damage in transit

Shipping damage is handled separately from a manufacturing defect. Inspect delivery, document visible damage with the carrier, keep the packaging and pallet, take photographs and contact us within 48 hours. See the shipping policy and return policy.

Starting a claim

Send your order number, product name, model or SKU, serial number if available, a description of the problem and clear photographs or video. Do not ship the product or commission outside repairs before receiving written instructions.

The claim may require troubleshooting, inspection, maintenance records or assessment by the manufacturer or an authorized service provider. Transport, service-location access and any labor not covered by the warranty remain subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
